This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail under Section 483 of BNSS (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C) in case FIR No. 75 dated 23.02.2026 under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City South, District Moga. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 23.02.2026, the petitioner was apprehended by the police party on the basis of suspicion. It is alleged that, upon noticing the police, the petitioner threw away a polythene bag. On checking the said polythene bag, it was found to contain 10 grams of heroin, which was subsequently taken into possession in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence.
