In the present appeal, challenge is to the judgment dated 25.05.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.15331 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that all the facts could not be brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge while passing the judgment dated 25.05.2026 to contend that there was no master and servant relationship hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and further in case need arises, to file a fresh appeal. 3.
