The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: The petitioners, who are major, solemnized marriage in accordance with Sikh rites and ceremonies on 06.07.2026. Date of birth of petitioner No.1 is stated to be 17.02.2008 and that of petitioner No.2 is 18.05.2005 as per their Aadhaar Cards.
