The petitioner was declared proclaimed offender about 16 years back i.e. on 03.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) in proceedings of FIR No.86 dated 18.05.2005 under Sections 36 of Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 and Section 420 of IPC (Section 318(4) of BNS) registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana. One petition bearing CRM- M-20861-2020 along with CRM-12746 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2021 whereby the Court recorded that the petitioner is residing in Canada and now the petitioner is willing to travel back to India and to surrender before the trial Court.
