This petition for bail is the second petition, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.140 dated 29.09.2021, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 302 [Sections 34 and 201 were added later on], Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana. 3. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Bechan’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’
