(Oral): This petition for bail is the first petition, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.208 dated 31.07.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 109, 238, 191(3) and 190 and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Rupinderjit Singh’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above named complainant that on 30.07.2025 at about 9:15 PM, when he was present in his clinic along with his compounder ‘Sahil’, three young persons, with muffled faces, entered into the clinic.
