This is a civil writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action after taking note of the alleged illegal operation of ready-mix concrete plant of respondent No.6. 2. A perusal of the paper book would show that the petitioner had earlier filed a PIL-petition bearing CWP-PIL-87-2026 in which the following order was passed by the coordinate Division Bench: “1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to revisit the Court in case the grievance remains unaddressed. 2.
