Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Management has fairly agreed to pay a sum of ₹4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to respondent No.1-workman towards full and final settlement of all claims. 3. Respondent No. 1-workman is present in person today and has agreed to accept the above-mentioned amount offered by the Management as full and final settlement of all claims. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners-Management is directed to pay the agreed amount of ₹4,00,000/- to respondent No.1-workman within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. 5.
