Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled between the management and the workman. He has referred to the affidavit of the petitioner-management dated 30.08.2025, wherein it is mentioned that the matter has been settled amicably between the petitioner-company and respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 has settled the matter and received full and final payment of settled amount and given no objection. Copy of the settlement and payment details, receipts, copy of cheque and No objection are annexed with the affidavit at Annexures P-18 to P-21. 2.
