Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of order dated 09.03.2026, passed by learned SDJM, Pataudi, District Court, Gurugram, in CIS No.COMA 13/2025 (Annexure P- 1), and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Petition at hand has been filed for seeking quashing of the pre- summoning notice issued to the petitioner.
