This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 20.02.2024 passed by the Haryana Real Estate Authority-respondent No.2 in complaint No.2307 of 2021 titled as “Arihant Kothari Vs. M/s Advance India Projects Limited”. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that the impugned order passed is appealable. 3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that in the said circumstance, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal, in accordance with law. 4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is
