The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 05.03.2026 issued by respondent No.3, whereby the legitimate and lawful claim of petitioner for reimbursement of medical expenses of petitioner as well as of his wife total amounting to Rs.5,80,290/- has been illegally declined in wholly mechanical manner and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
