Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the suit itself has been decided by the learned trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 30.03.2026 and he has handed over a copy of the aforesaid judgment and decree, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.
