Petitioner-Kuldip has filed the present contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-9711-2025. The relevant portion of the said order runs as under:- “ In the meanwhile, the respondent(s) are directed to assign the appropriate duty to the petitioner at the place of posting i.e. C.H.C., Narwana, till the next date of hearing” 2. Learned counsel representing petitioner referred to Annexure P-2 where his name is mentioned at Serial No.542 regarding his posting to CH Uchana Kalan, Jind. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
