The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to appoint an Administrator for managing the affairs of the Gram Panchayat Village Bhamia Khurd for non-compliance of the order (Annexure P-3), ordering the eviction of respondents No.6 to 14 from the land of said Gram Panchayat. 2.
