The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction upon respondent No.2 to consider and take a final, reasoned and time-bound decision on the complaint dated 22.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and subsequent order No.1992 dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the engaged as driver of the official school bus of respondent No.5. The grievance of the petitioner is inaction on the part of competent government/Labor Authorities in not taking a final decision on his complaint pertaining to industrial dispute. Regarding which, the petitioner has also submitted complaint/representation raising issues which have been appended as Annexure P-1, which is still pending consideration with the respondents concerned.
