This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of pre-arrest bail inFIR No. 398 dated 10.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 115, 118(1), 126, 190, 191(3), and 351(3) [115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 126(2), 61(2) added later on] of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 323, 325, 324, 326, 341, 143,148, 506 and 120-B IPC) registered at Police Station Kurukshetra Uni- versity, District Kurukshetra. 2. The Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 08.06.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(
