The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned notice/letter/order dated 02.06.2014 (Annexure P-2), issued by respondent No.5, whereby recovery of Rs.1,25,000/- has been ordered to be effected from the retiral benefits of the petitioner. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund the amount recovered from the retiral benefits of the petitioner with interest @ 12% pr annum. 2.
