The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No.24 dated 21.02.2025, registered under Sections 109, 191(3), 190 of BNS (307, 148, 149 of IPC), and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms, Act 1959, at Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the present FIR was registered on the basis of the statement of complainant Karamjit Kaur to the effect that on 20.02.2025, while her elder son Gagandeep Singh was present inside the house and her younger son Akashdeep Singh was standing at the chowk, about 6-7 unknown persons arrived on three motorcycles, encircled Akashdeep Singh, and attempted to forcibly take him away on motorcycle.
