Instant petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P- 11) whereby the respondent-department has reduced/changed the pay scale/salary of the petitioners, which is against Rule 4.4 of the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume-1, Part-1 and the same has been done without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to grant the petitioners the same pay scale/salary which was fixed by the department vide order dated 24.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) and order dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P-9) and all other consequential benefits including the arrears, increment and other financial and service benefits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for r
