The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tarn Taran to Patiala, which is at a distance of about 200 kms. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suffering from various medical ailments and her husband unfortunately passed away on 03.07.2020.
