Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of order dated 01.06.2026, passed by learned JMIC, Budhlada in CRM-586-2025, vide which the petitioner has been declared a procliamed person in case FIR No.153, dated 19.11.2025, under Sections 316(2) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023, [13(1) & 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act added lateron], and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. The petitioner had earlier filed an anticipatory bail petition, i.e. CRM-M-74105-2025. However, the same was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench vide a detailed order dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure P-8). Thereafter, the petitioner filed a second anticipatory bail petition, which was also dismissed. However, a copy of the said order has not been appended with the present petition.
