The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 11 dated 16.01.2026 under Sections 21,22,27,29,27-A,61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, Sections 25,54 and 59 of the Arms Act and Sections 336(2), 336(3) and 340 (2) of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.
