Learned counsel submits that the relief as claimed with regard to the reinstatement and rejoining does not survive, however, the petitioner has not been paid conveyance and other allowances in view of the fact that he is 75% disabled, for which reference is made to Notification dated 31.01.2006, Annexure P-2, in view of which he would submit a representation for release of dues, giving all details, as also substantiating the same with instructions and documents, to the respondents which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
