The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.127 dated 20.07.2025 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC at Police Station Machhiwara, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.
