This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.108 dated 14.03.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21-b and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, hereinafter being referred to as ‘NDPS Act’, Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.
