(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the outstanding amount against sixteen bills, appended to the petition as Annexure P-1, amounting %18,52,638 along with interest. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the aforementioned bills will be cleared and the sanctioned amount will be credited to the petitioner’s account within four months from today. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly. 5. In case the sanctioned amount is not credited to the petitioner’s account within the stipulated period, it shall carry interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from expiry of the said period till actual payment.
