The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (Section 438 of Cr.P.C.) with a prayer for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.82 dated 26.10.2023, under Sections 307, 452, 323, 148, 149, 324 of IPC (Section 109, 333, 115(2), 190, 191(3), 118(1) of BNS Act) and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sarai Amanat Khan, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1). 2.
