(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.10 dated 12.01.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Section 174-A IP, registered at Police Station, City II Mansa, District Mansa. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present FIR is an outcome of the order dated 24.12.2021 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa, vide which the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender in FIR No.54 dated 01.04.2021 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, Police Station City II Mansa, District Mansa. The said order stands quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.50310 of 2024 on 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-2), with the directions that the petitioner was to surrender within a period of 04 weeks.
