Instant petition has been filed for directing the respondents-authority to count temporary service on contract basis rendered by Mr. Inder Pal Singh Multani (husband of the petitioner) from 02.08.1993 to 29.08.2011 towards regular service from 29.08.2011 to 20.11.2019 as qualifying service and grant pension/family pension to the petitioner from the date of death of her husband i.e. 20.11.2019 and future family pension also; to grant death- cum-retirement gratuity and service gratuity to the petitioner in respect of whole service rendered by her husband and to grant above benefits of pension and family pension, death-cum-retirement gratuity and service gratuity with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.
