The instant one is the second petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 409 dated 08.11.2023, registered under Sections 15 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. His previous petition was dismissed as withdrawn. 2. As per the allegations, on the basis of a secret information, the petitioner was apprehended by a police party on 08.11.2023 when he was coming in a truck bearing registration number PB-23T-0941, which was driven by him.
