Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.365 dated 11.10.2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal. 2. Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the mutual settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties, FIR in question has already been quashed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 01.04.2026, passed in CRM-M- 65215-2025. Copy of the said order is produced by counsel for the petitioner before this Court, and the same is ordered to be taken on record. 3.
