The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned audit report for the year 2021-22 (Annexure P-10) containing salient feature No.1; order dated 09.12.2022 (Annexure P-11) issued by respondent No.3 and consequent order dated 13.12.2022 (Annexure P-12) issued by respondent No.2 directing the Branch Manager, Cooperative Bank, Branch Rakhra, not to allow any transaction under the signatures of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already attained the age of 60 years on 31.01.2024 and had already been paid his salary etc. and, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
