Jamil Khan and Etc.’ under Section 3 Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 500, 506 and 34 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 17.03.2022. 2. On 01.05.2026, this Court directed the parties to appear before learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements on the basis of compromise. 3.
