In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) by which, the Deputy Commissioner, Mansa has written to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Faridkot that the parole cannot be granted to the petitioner on the ground that he can pose a risk to the security of the State and public order. 2.
