The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post of Mali, on the basis of his date of joining on 01.10.2012 through outsourcing and from 01.10.2018 on daily wage basis on D.C. rate as the services of similarly situated employees have already been regularized. 2.
