(Oral) 1 Prayer in the present civil revision petition is for setting aside the order dated 26.05.2026 (Annexure P-8) whereby the defence of the petitioner was struck off and he was precluded from filing written statement and leading independent evidence. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present civil revision petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
