(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent/Engineer-in-Chief, Public Health Engineering Department, to release the outstanding amount against 125 bills, detailed in paragraph 3(ii) of the petition, amounting $37,37,466 along with interest. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Tyagi, XEN, Public Health Engineering Department, Hansi, submits that the aforementioned bills will be cleared and the sanctioned amount will be credited to the petitioner’s account within four months from today. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly. 5.
