The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of ACP on completion of 08 years of satisfactory service w.e.f. 01.12.2020 which is pending before the respondents since 15.03.2023 (Annexure P-7). Further, for directing respondent No.1 to decide the ACP case as well as pay protection matter which is pending before the respondents even when the similarly situated employees who approached this Court vide Annexures P-13 & P-14, their pay has already been protected and the same benefit has been granted by respondent No.1 vide orders dated 19.07.2024 and 17.09.2025 (Annexures P-15 & P-16, respectively). 2.
