Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 65 dated 14.05.2025 under Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Sections 123, 62, 63 of BNS (328, 511, 375 of IPC) at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran. 2. The Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 03.06.2026, had directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation and the petitioner shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner was also ordered to abide by the conditions as specified under Section 482(2) BNSS. 3.
