After perusing the said order, I am of the considered opinion that there is no ground to interfere in the matter in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. However, if the final report is not filed within a period of two months from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
