The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No. 924 dated 15.08.2018 under Sections 406,420,467,468,471 of IPC (now Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340 of BNS, 2023), registered at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
