The petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for directing official respondents to take legal action against private respondents for stealing and destroying the goods of petitioner’s shop. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 19.06.2026 at 07:30 PM, respondents No.4 and 5, who were close relations of the petitioners accompanied by 25-30 unknown persons forced entry into petitioner’s shop, locked the entrance gate of the store, where electrical goods were stored and illegally took possession of the shop. The matter was reported to the police but no action was taken.
