After arguing for sometime, learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that one of the arguments that due opportunity was not afforded to the appellant to defend himself before the order of termination dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) was passed, could not be raised before the learned Single Judge. Hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further, with liberty to file a review application before the learned Single Judge. Learned Senior counsel for the appellant further submits that liberty may also be granted to the appellant to file appeal in case need arises. 2. Ordered accordingly. 3.
