The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioner only, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of DS Sub Division Manochahal, Tarn Taran under DS Division City Tarn Taran from the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) to the office of DS Sub Division Sarinh under DS Division, Sub Urban Lalton Kalan, Ludhiana as Junior Engineer (Electrical) which is at a distance of about 200 kms. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue working on his present place of posting and/or to grant him posting at some nearby station in view of his medical condition
