Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was acquitted by this Court, vide judgment dated 30.07.2018, Annexure P-2, under the PC Act, whereupon he was reinstated, however, his claim for promotion has not been considered from the date that of his juniors. In this regard, he would submit a representation giving all details and appending relevant documents to substantiate his claim, to the respondents which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
