The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No.66 dated 29.04.2026 under sections 21 (B), 27 (A), 29 of NDPS Act 1985 at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that one Paramjit Kaur and Ranjit Singh were arrested by the police and 98 grams of Heroin was recovered from Paramjit Kaur and drug money amounting to Rs. 6200/- was recovered from Ranjit Singh. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had sold the alleged contraband to the co-accused. 3.
