This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS of 2023 for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to submit the final report (challan) in FIR No. 0103 dated 13.05.2024 registered at Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh within a time bound period. 2. On instructions from ASI Amarjeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that the final report has been prepared and is likely to be presented before the competent Court during the course of the day. 3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further order is required to be passed in the present case. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the State to present the final report within a period of 10 days.
