Petitioner Gurpawandeep Singh alias Pawan Bihari has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.11 dated 21.09.2016, registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station SSOC, Amritsar. 2.
