(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case bearing FIR No.0190 dated 26.10.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 3(5), 351(2), 109(1), 118(2) of BNS (Sections 109(1), 118(2) BNS were added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 05.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
